A complex residential extension and full home transformation, including a new basement, loft conversion, and high-end refurbishment.
This project involved the complete transformation of an existing property through an extensive program of structural alterations, extensions, and high-end refurbishment. The works included the construction of a large rear and side extension, together with a new basement built beneath both the existing house and the new extension. The project required significant structural engineering, including complex temporary works and underpinning, to safely support the existing building throughout the construction process. In addition, we completed a full loft conversion, creating valuable new living space while seamlessly integrating it with the rest of the property. The entire house was then fully refurbished to an exceptional standard, with meticulous attention to detail throughout, resulting in a beautifully finished home that combines outstanding craftsmanship with modern luxury.
